What is Flav A Shake flavour powder?

Flav A Shake is an all natural, close to zero calorie flavouring system. Mix some with unflavoured protein powders or amino acids, or use to give flavour to other healthy smoothies, shakes, supplement powders, and drinks. It's great for use on Ketogenic diets, and low carbohydrate, low calorie diet plans. Using all natural ingredients, it can also be added to baking and dessert recipes, to keep calories low and clean. Only 100% plant based friendly ingredients are used, it's free from dairy, and animal products.

Flav A Shake is very simple to use, just include a tiny amount each time you mix your shake, workout drinks, or make your healthy recipes.

What does Flav A Shake contain?

Flav A Shake is all natural, it's free from artificial sweeteners, artificial ingredients, artificial colours, and preservatives. The sweetener used is natural Stevia. Please note any colour you see is what's naturally occurring in the ingredients.

Use

It's recommend to start with half of a level teaspoon (1g) of Flav A Shake per 30g of unflavoured protein powder, or per single serve of amino acid powder. Mix all together with water, milk, almond milk, or rice milk, in a glass, shaker, or blender – add ice for best results. Add more or less Flav A Shake to suit your taste. 1 x 60g tub of Flav A Shake is usually more than enough to flavour 1kg to 2kg of unflavoured Amino Acid powder, or 2.22kg to 4.44kg of Protein Powder.
