How to use Amino's for Strength and to Stay Strong

Muscles are cool, but at the end of the day strength is what matters. If strength is important to you then I'm with you. I want to Stay Strong.

I often get asked what's the best supplement stack to do it. Creatine Monohydrate is the king of strength supplements and number one in my stack, but if for your own reasons you don't want to use it, then read on. And yes this stack combines extremely well with Creatine Mono', if you're a fan.

Here's my Stay Strong stack:

Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate, Pure Nitro, and Pure Glutamine.

This stack will support solid strength, and help you fight fatigue, help detoxify ammonia, and help buffer lactic acid. It'll also assist recovery, with the all round muscle support of Pure Glutamine. Not to mention Pure Glutamine's digestion aid properties, and to help you amp up intestinal health.

How much to use and when (based on an evening workout):

Take the following at Breakfast:

5g of Pure Glutamine

Take the following 30 minutes before training:

2g of Beta Alanine

6g of Citrulline Malate

3g of Pure Nitro

Take the following within 45 minutes of finishing training:

10g of Pure Glutamine

2g of Beta Alanine

Consistent use of this stack is key. Get into it, and let me know how you go.

Stay Strong.
